Manage Your Study Wisely


Hari ni i nak share pasal good time management sebenarnya. Title tu pulak macam ada tak kena je. Yeke, takkena? Hee, takpe lah, you alls faham kot. Baru baru ni, i ada pinjam buku, which titled 'Last Minute Study Tips'. I sajalah pinjam, tengok macam best je kan. Plus, i pon minat reading. You alls pon suka reading? Wah, kita se'geng' lah. HUHU.

Ada 6 prinsipal yang akan i share, terjah jom.

1. Find a place to study where you wont be interrupted
     - Whatever pleasant distraction free environment you select, you should find a specific place and designate it as the place where studying.
2. Be disciplined, but flexible at the same time
     - Dont beat yourself up for starting your reading at 10.15 when you had it slotted to begin at 10.10. Its a waste of energy.

3. Dont skip around, first things first
     - Finish one task before move on to the next task.

4. If something in your personal study routine doesnt work for you, toss it and try something new
     - For some people, study groups are a good idea. For others, absolute quiet is the best while studying. But what actually the best is experiment until you find what makes you most productive and then stick with it. 

5. Write everything down
     - Eg. If youve got a good idea, dont waste it, quickly commit it to paper. 

6. Take care of the equipment
     - Your mind and body are the superb assets, so dont misuse them. Get the sleep and nutrition you need.

Coffee VS Student Macam Saya


Happy Monday alls! Since every Monday pon i ada satu kelas je, so banyaklah sangat masa terluang i dari pagi sampai tengahari ni. Also baru je pagi tadi dapat tau, minggu ni penuh dengan test. i pon macam 'WHAT!!!' Erm, i ni memang biasa jadi orang last tau pasal test test ni kan. Last minute punye kerja memang SYURANASRIN punya trademark lah. HUUU. So, bila week yang penuh dengan test bagai, i need something to be energetic during my study right? Jadi, Nescafe or Coffee is the perfect solution. I ni memang kalau nak stayup tu kena lah ada tu semua. Ke you alls pon? So. dah sedap sedap hentam nescafe or coffee tu, kenalah jugak tau a bit fact about them. And i nak share lah sikit pasal coffee ni. Jom baca, apakah dia?


# 2/4 cups of coffee a day is good ---> acute stress
# 7/9 cups of coffee a day is bad ---> cronic stress
# Kalau you alls perasan, there are certain people yang boleh terus tidur lepas minum coffee sebab mereka ni boleh metabolise the coffee faster. So, kalau yang susah nak tidur right after they drank coffee, that means they cannot metabolise the coffee faster. You alls mesti tau anda semua di kategori yang mana kan kan? :)
# Actually coffee has to avoid not because of the caffein only, but also other chemical agents which is other things that add on in the coffee and other compounds that can influence the coffee.
# Pregnant women should avoid or cut down - maybe a cup a day
# Caffein in tea is much lower than caffein in coffee

Thats all from me. Actually info ni i dapat because of one of my lecturer pernah bagitau pasal ni. So, renung renungkan lah ye.

Introduction To My Blog :)

Assalamualaikum and selamat petang, 

First of all, i am super extra grateful right now, sebab finally dapat jugak setup my new blog ni. Fuhhh, sangat sangat lega, sebab dah lama tinggalkan blogging world and banyak yang dah lupa macam mana nak edit edit ni. HUHU. Yes i know, even i spend hoursss to start this blog again, but still nampak biasa je kan? kan? Takpe, next time i improve lagi. Actually, I pon dah boring nak adap FB tu, 24-7 okay! Wow, its really damn boring kot. Okay thats all from me. HEE.
